Shipping Policy

We pride ourselves on prompt and economical shipping.  We ship orders Monday through Friday. 

We can ship to nearly every addresses in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  For items that qualify for free shipping, we will use the USPS for most items and UPS or FedEx for items prohibited by USPS. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Please note:

  • Orders cannot be split and must be shipped to a single address
  • Orders placed on a weekend or national holiday, will process the next business day
  • A physical address is required to ensure safe delivery
  • We can only deliver to a PO Box using USPS
  • Complimentary shipping promotions may include standard shipping via carriers selected by 2AOS LLC (USPS, FedEx and/or UPS)

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with our products or service and you need to return a product, please let us know and we will do our best to satisfy you. All new items sold have a 5-day inspection period from time of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your order upon arrival, we will provide a refund or exchange the item, less a 10% restocking fee. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from us within the 5-day inspection period. Then, the NEW or UNUSED item must be returned to us within 14 days from the date received. Return shipping charges will not be refunded. Do not ship items C.O.D. as they will be refused. This general product return policy does not apply to items sold as Pre-Owned, Used, Demo, or As-Is. 

To receive a refund or exchange:

  • Obtain a Return Authorization Number by e-mailing us at within the 5-day inspection period. Be sure to include your customer information and original order number. This is necessary to ensure your returned package is received and processed properly.
  • We will e-mail a Return Authorization Number
  • The NEW or UNUSED item must be returned in its original packaging within 14 days from the date received and the item must not show any wear, usage, or intentional damage. If we determine that any returned item is not in sellable condition we will return it to you and no refund or exchange will be made.
  • Include a copy of the original receipt and Return Authorization Number prominently displayed on your return
  • If a product is being exchanged, normal shipping charges will apply when the new item is sent to you
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for the issuance of a refund or for the shipping of an exchange
  • Original shipping charges, insurance, delivery confirmation charges, and/or credit card fees cannot be refunded

The following may prohibit a full refund:

  • Returned items without original packaging
  • Items (product) that have been modified, abused, show wear, or have any intentional damage
  • Items returned without a Return Authorization Number
